In reality, my website cowboysolicitors.com exists to expose verified misconduct within the legal profession, and Mr. Rustem is a primary subject of this investigation.
- Tim Rustem has been reported to the UK Police for misconduct, fraudulent misuse of Legal Aid, and perversion of the course of justice.
- I am not "evading arrest" nor am I in "breach of an SCPO." These are deliberate misrepresentations designed to discredit my work in exposing systemic legal corruption.
- My content is fact-based and in the public interest. All statements made regarding Mr. Rustem and his firm are supported by documented legal cases, evidence of misconduct, and witness testimonies.
Mr. Rustem’s History of Harassment and Retaliation
It is imperative to note that this database entry is part of an orchestrated effort by Mr. Rustem to silence a whistleblower. Mr. Rustem has exploited the legal system for financial gain, manipulated Legal Aid funds, and intimidated professionals who challenge him. The entry on Lumens is an extension of his long-standing pattern of deceit, and allowing it to remain unchallenged would be a gross miscarriage of justice.
