Rustem even made me believe MI5 was watching me—my computers and hard drives were stolen, mysterious men cut off my electronic tag, claiming the judge had ordered it. He promised me £120,000 for the case which wasn't bad considering the depth of corruption the Metropolitan Police went to in order to close down Confidentialaccess! What did I actually get? Prison sentences and silence, while Rustem pocketed enormous sums of Legal Aid money.

Ask Julie Mackworth, Stephen Solley KC, and Shakeel Shah—they can all confirm the scheming bully that he is. He stole the case from Julie Mackworth at Southwark Crown Court, where Judge Rivlin had to console her. He had Stephen Solley KC physically thrown out of his Blackfriars office, treating an elderly QC with disgrace. He even threatened to "punch up" my in-house advocate James O’Keeffe and forced Brendan Kelly QC to withdraw from my case after it emerged that Stephen Young, a Financial Director at Barclays, helped the Met Police set up a sting operation in Gibraltar.

When I was released from prison in 2014, Rustem was terrified I would expose him. To protect himself, he orchestrated an elaborate scheme to frame me alongside Jo Sidhu QC while conveniently dodging the payment he promised me.

The authorities must examine Rustem’s bank accounts and investigate how he laundered Legal Aid funds. His corruption didn’t stop at me—he even convinced me to publicly smear Jo Sidhu QC, calling him "the Jimmy Saville of lawyers" to settle a personal vendetta. I was misled, believing it would lead to the payment I was owed. Instead, I found myself tangled in a web of betrayal, manipulation, and cover-ups.
